I've changed his nick-name from Masked Killer to Masked Psycho and his clothes have been altered from my first idea, now it looks like he's about to f*** off to a rave! XD I made his head all glowy 'n shit too... I want that Biohazard Top ;3;

Criticism of both the art AND the description below is appreciated =]

anyway, this is a half finished sketch of a psycho killer I might use in a comic, he kills for the right reasons but in such a gruesome fashion that he is tagged a psychopath, is feared by the public and wanted by the authorities. No one knows his species as the end of his tail is cut off, his face is covered (excluding mouth) and his feet have characteristics of both a dragon and lizard (dragon back claw, lizard toes and frontal claws).
No one knows his exact age or if he has an age associated with him, his body hasn't changed in over 64 years since he first appeared. Rumours have spread that he may not be living, but a rouge cyborg or a some harsh and unethical science experiment that was kept hidden by the government. This is the most likely reason for his bizarre species and his lack of what appears be most of his higher brain function as well as never ageing a day.

No one knows why he kills, nor have they seen any emotional response from him. He does have a sense of wrong and right but no conscience to control it hence the gruesome nature of the deaths. His killings are random and in no way connected, but there is always a logical reason. IE: A bank robber shot two innocent bystanders in cold blood... his head was cleanly ripped off and his spine removed.

The authorities have tagged him with the name Masked Psysho

I've never been able to draw him again though and get it to look right. This picture was one of those "brain-farts" that just seemed to work out.
