New synthesizer, Ensoniq ESQ-1!
JoyWell not really. My parents bought it since it's my christmas present from them.
It's an Ensoniq ESQ-1 hybrid digital analogue synthesizer workstation circa.1986
It's in mint condition with the rare sequencer expander cartridge included and I got it for a tiny sum of only £200! They usually sell for around £350 in this condition with the sequencer expander so I think I have just gotten yet another synthesizer bargain!
So i'm stupidly excited for it. I've wanted one of these for ages to replace my CasioFZ-1 (I used to sample the Ensoniq from an emulator and load the samples into the FZ-1). I'll hopefully sell the FZ-1 before christmas or get it traded in for a CasioVZ-10m or a CasioFZ-10m - Which ever comes first.
